INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless,skinless chicken-300 gm.(cut into small pieces)
- Garlic cloves-10-12(finely chopped).
- Soya Sauce-2 tbsp.
- Tomato ketchup-1/2 cup.
- Vinegar-1 tbsp.
- Black pepper powder-1 tbsp.
- Red chili powder-1 tbsp.
- Egg-1.
- Corn flour-1 cup.
- Refined oil for deep fry+2 tbsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Spring onion(for garnishing).

- Take a bowl,add chicken pieces,1 tbsp soya sauce,vinegar,red chili powder & salt,mix it well & leave it for 15-20 min.Then add cornflour & egg to it,mix it well & deep fry it & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,add garlic cloves,when it turns golden brown,add fried chicken,mix it well.
- Take a bowl,add soya sauce,tomato ketchup & 1/2 cup of water,salt mix it & add it to chicken & fry constantly till it dry,then add black pepper powder,mix it so that all the mixture coated uniformly.Garnish with chopped spring onion.
*if u want to make it little gravy then u can add more sauce & water in it.
- "Garlic chicken" is ready to serve,serve it with paratha/u can take it as a stater.

- Coconut milk-1/2 cup.
- Chopped tomato-1.
- Bay leaf-1.

- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp.
- Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp.
- Mustard oil-5 tsp.
- Pinch of sugar.

- Heat oil in a pan,add sugar for nice color,add bay leaf,add chopped onion & pinch of salt,stir it till golden brown in color,add gg paste,pepper powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,stir it till raw smell goes.
- Add chopped tomato & chicken,stir it 4-5 min,add capsicum,again stir it 2-3 min.
- Add coconut milk,mix it well with chicken,let the gravy boil 5-6 min,stir occasionally,sprinkle some garam masala powder over it & switch off the flame & garnish with capsicum.

- Maida-3 tsp.
- Egg-1.
- Sugar-1/6 tsp.
- Oil for deep fry.

- Take a bowl,add chicken pieces,turmeric powder,red chili powder,pepper powder,lemon juice,maida,gg paste,salt,egg & sugar,mix it well & refrigerate it 15-20 min.

- Take another pan,add 1 tsp oil in it,add pakoda & tomato ketchup,saute it 2 min.

Chicken with palak & coriander paste gives a unique taste....its a very delicious chicken curry made with palak..Hariyali chicken is most popular & delicious dish in north Indian cuisine...
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken-500gm.
- Palak(spinach)-1 bunch.
- Chopped onion-3 medium sized.
- Chopped Garlic cloves-12.
- Chopped Green chili-6 or more(to taste).
- Finely chopped coriander leaves-2 tsp.
- Cinamon-1 stick.
- Bay leaves-1.
- Curd-1/2 cup.
- Refined oil-5 tsp.
- Boil the palak in a vessel till it soft & keep aside.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in pan,add bay leaves,cinnamon stir it 1 min,add chopped onion,fry it till it turns golden brown in color.
- Add chopped garlic,green chili & coriander leaves.then add palak to this mixture,fry this mixture 2 min,switch off the flame,let it cool.
- Grind this mixture to make it paste.
- Again heat 3 tsp oil in the same pan,add the paste,add curd,stir it till the raw smell of mixed paste go or the oil leaving the sides of the pan.
- Add chicken & salt,cook on medium heat till the chicken is done.
- Serve hot with Steamed rice/roti..

Chicken curry cooked in traditional odia way....Its a little high calorific recipe....
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken-500 gm.
- Potato-2 medium size(wash,peel & cut into cube shape).
- Finely Chopped onion-5.
- Paste(20-garlic cloves+2 piece of ginger+some cumin seeds+6-red chili+1 medium size tomato).
- Curd-3 tsp.
- Bay leaves-2.
- Sugar-1 tsp.
- Red chili powder-1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp.
- Garam masala-1 tsp.
- Mustard oil-8 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
Pre-cooking:
- Clean well the chicken pieces & marinate with salt,turmeric powder,curd & 1 tsp mustard oil,keep aside 10-12 min.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan,add potato cubes,fry it till golden brown in color,keep aside.
- Again add remaining oil in same pan,add sugar for adding color in curry,when sugar turns golden brown,add bay leaves & chopped onion into it,when onion turns golden brown in color,add mixed paste,stir it.
- Add turmeric powder & red chili powder,mix well,add little water,when the water dries out & oil begins to appear from out of the masala,add marinated chicken.
- Mix it properly,stir it continuously 10-15 min.Then add fried potato & 2 cup water in to it,cover the lid,let the gravy boil 5-10 min.
- Open the lid,sprinkle some garam masala on the top & take off the fire.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves,serve hot with steamed rice/roti.
