Tips-Be a smart cook...

    Combine 3/4 cup fresh lime juice with 16 cups of water.
    Mix the solution well. Cover the banana slices in this mixture. You can use a strainer to do this. Once the slices are covered in the lime juice, pull the strainer out and drain off any excess liquid.
  5. Use a potato peeler to get even, small slices of veggies for salads.
  6. For fast and easy peeling of oranges, cut or pull the top and bottom circles from the orange/tangerine and voila!
