- Milk-1+1/2 glass.
- Apple-1(Peeled & chopped).
- Ripe banana-1(peeled & broken into several pieces).
- Sugar-1 tsp/to taste.
- Handful of ice.

- Put the apple ,banana & sugar in a blender with 1/2 cup of milk,blend until creamy & smooth.
