INGREDIENTS:
- Apple-1(peeled & chopped).
- Oats-4 tsp.
- Milk-2 cup(chilled).
- Dates-3(soak it in a little milk if required)(optional).
- Honey/sugar-2 tsp if needed.
PREPARATION:
Apple-oats smoothie |
- Cook oats in half cup of water until thick.leave it cool.
- Add the cooked oats,chopped apple,milk,dates,honey in a blender & blend until smooth,pour it into a glass & serve chilled.
- "Apple-oats smoothie" is ready to serve...enjoy.
