Jeera aloo(Potatoes with cumin seed)..
Potatoes are cooked jeera or cumin seeds and some basic spices .Jeera Aloo can be eaten with Rotis or with bread or puris....
INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled Medium size potato-5-6.
- Cumin seeds-1+1/2 tsp.
- Chopped green chili-1.
- chopped coriander leaves-1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp.
- Red chili powder-1/2 tsp.
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp.
- Lemon juice-4- 5 tsp.
- Oil-3 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
PREPARATION:

- Peel the boil potatoes & cut into cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,let it crackle,add green chili & potato cubes.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder & salt,mix it well.
- Add lemon juice & chopped coriander leaves,mix the whole mixture well,saute it 3-4 min.
- "Jeera aloo" is ready to serve.serve hot with roti.
