Strawberry juice....

Strawberry juice is the healthiest way of deriving all the benefits strawberry has to offer. It is a well-known fact that strawberries are rich in vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. Enjoy this  healthy and refreshing drink,specially on a hot summer day!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh strawberries-3 cups.
  • Sugar-3 tsp/adjust it as per your requirement.
  • Ice cubes-5-6.

PREPARATION:

Strawberry juice


  • Take the strawberries,remove the leaves,cleaned & cut into pieces
  • Put them in a blender,add sugar & ice cubes,blend it & transfer it to glass.
  • "Strawberry juice" is ready to serve...enjoy the refreshing drink..

  1. Fruits are very good for health. It is more better if we drink fruit or vegetable juice. I prefer juice in my breakfast daily. Noni juice is my favorite juice.
