INGREDIENTS:
- Mango slices-1/2 cup.
- Curd/Yogurt-1+1/2 glass.
- Sugar- as required.
- Water-1/2 cup.
- Ice cubes-5.
- Broken cashew-4-5.(for garnishing)
- Grated coconut-2 tsp.(for garnishing)
- Pistaches-2.(for garnishing)
PREPARATION:
Mango lassi |
- Peel the mango & cut into cubes.Remove the seed.
- Blend the mango with curd to fine paste,then add rest of the ingredient & blend it for a few seconds.Adjust the consistency by adding water.
- "Mango lassi" is ready to serve....serve chilled.
