I love cauliflower a lot..I often make chili Gobi in my kitchen..it slightly resembles with Gobi Manchurian.. Usually i always want to avoid oil as much as possible.. that's why here i avoid deep fry of cauliflower floret..but still it gives u a better taste....So hope you all like it.. OK,time to go to the recipe...
INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower floret-2 cup.
- Capsicum-1.(*u can add color capsicum(red/yellow) for pleasant look)
- onion(3-medium size).
- Tomato-(1 medium size).
- Vertically sliced green chili-2.
- 4-garlic cloves,1-small piece of ginger.
- Some coriander leaves.
- Corn flour-2 tsp.
- Soya sauce-1 tsp.
- Chili sauce-1 tsp.
- Tomato ketchup- 2 tsp.
- Pepper powder-1/4 tsp.
- Refine oil for frying.
- Salt to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Cut capsicum,onion,Tomato into cubes.
- Finely chopped the garlic & ginger.
- Finely chopped the coriander leaves.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in pan & fry cauliflower floret till golden brown in color & keep aside.
- Add 3 tsp oil in pan & fry the onion & capsicum cubes for 1 min.
- Add chopped garlic & ginger.fry it for 1 min.
- Add tomato cubes,green chili into it,fry it for 20 sec.
- Add fried cauliflower floret,salt stir for 1 min,reduce the heat.
- Add chili sauce,soya sauce,tomato ketchup,mix well.
- Mix 2 tsp corn flour with 4 tsp water & small pinch of salt,then add it into the fry,stir for 10 sec.then add pinch off pepper powder,mix it.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Then serve hot it with roti/nan...:)
