INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled rice-1+1/2 cup.
- Lemon-1.
- Mustard seed-1 tsp.
- Chana dal-1 tsp.
- Peanuts-1/4 cup.
- Green chili-1.
- Curry leaves-10-12.
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp.
- Red chili-2.
- Refined oil-1 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan,add broken red chili,mustard seeds,when it start spluttering,add chana dal+peanuts+green chili,saute it till the dal turns golden brown.
- Add curry leaves,stir 1 min,add turmeric powder,stir again 1/2 min.
- Then add boiled rice,salt & lemon juice,mix well,stir 1 min.switch off the flame.
- No need to garnish... because it looks amazing itself......Serve hot with salad/raita...
