Palak/Spinach soup....


INGREDIENTS:

  • Finely Chopped palak-1 cup.
  • Finely Chopped onion-1.
  • Chopped garlic-5/6 cloves.
  • Finely Chopped green chili-1.
  • Cornflour-1+1/2 tsp.
  • Pepper powder-2 tsp.(as per your choice)
  • Butter-1 tsp.
  • Sugar-1/4 tsp.
  • Salt to taste.

PREPARATION:


  • Heat the pan,add 1 tsp butter,when it melts,fry the chopped onion till golden brown,add garlic+chopped green chili stir for 1/2 min,then add chopped spinach,fry for 2 min.
  • Take 1 cup of water,add 1+1/2 tsp cornflour mix well to avoid lumps,add it to spinach mixture.Loser
  • Add salt,sugar,pepper powder,stirring continuously.When it thicken to desired consistency,take off from heat.
                       *you can also add fresh cream for better taste(its optional).
  • Serve hot.u can also add more salt & pepper powder as per your taste.
