a drink which helps very much in digestion.....:)

INGREDIENTS:
Watermelon chunks(seedless)-2 cup.
Ginger chopped-1/4 tsp.
- Ice cubes-5-6.
- Fresh mint leaves-5-6 leaf.
- Soda-1 cup.
- Sugar-2 tsp.
- Lemon juice-2 tsp.
PREPARATION:
- Freeze the watermelon chunks in the freezer for 3 - 4 hrs.Blend the watermelon,ice cubes,ginger,mint leaves,lemon juice & sugar in a blender except soda water.
- After blending add soda water into it..mix well....
- Serve watermelon & ginger cooler in individual glasses..Enjoy..
