*Serves-2 person.
INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt/curd-1 glass.
Water-1/2 glass.
Ice cubes-5-6.
Mint leaves-12-15 leaf.
Sugar/Honey-3-4 tsp.
Cardamom seeds from 4 green cardamom.
Lemon juice-1 tsp(optional).
PREPARATION:
Blend all the ingredients to get a smooth consistency.Adjust the sweetness as per your taste.
- Serve chilled.Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
