Mint lassi...


Beat the heat  with this refreshing mint flavor lassi....

*Serves-2 person.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Yogurt/curd-1 glass.

  • Water-1/2 glass.

  • Ice cubes-5-6.

  • Mint leaves-12-15 leaf.

  • Sugar/Honey-3-4 tsp.

  • Cardamom seeds from 4 green cardamom.

  • Lemon juice-1 tsp(optional).

PREPARATION:


  • Blend all the ingredients to get a smooth consistency.Adjust the sweetness as per your taste.

                           *If u desire, squeeze some lime juice. 
  • Serve chilled.Garnish with fresh mint leaves.Smiley
